Cortex is Bcnvision Group’s machine vision software that allows you to manage all vision systems from a single platform.
Its main advantage is that it centralizes the entire process in one environment:
-Image acquisition,
-Processing,
-Result evaluation, and
-Communication with PLCs and robots,
.It is a scalable and configurable system, designed to adapt to each project, with remote connectivity and the ability to work in parallel with up to 16 devices, optimizing system resources.
Additionally, it allows modification of vision tools offline while the system remains fully operational, enabling adjustments without stopping production.
Cortex works with a master application called CORE, which is in charge of managing the rest of the applications and communications between them, as well as communications with external devices.
Core is capable of mastering up to 30 vision systems. Core communicates with the HMI where the user will load the programs, adjust tolerances, visualize the images and the sensor film.
